Refund policy

Our Return Policy states the following:

• Any eligible item may be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt or delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unaltered and with original tags.
• No refund of money will be made. The client will be granted a store credit that can be used in a term of no more than 90 days.
• Sale items will not be eligible for exchange or return. It is considered a final sale.
• Shipping costs will not be refundable.
• The customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
• All pick-up orders must be coordinated and collected within a period of 7 days from the purchase. Pick-up points will be established by Gi Gi Boutique.
• We are not responsible for packages lost after delivery or in the mail.
